For more than twenty years, Dan Rundahl has been serving his clients and their families through his work in the financial services industry.

Dan’s mission is to serve others through an education mindset to retirement and financial planning. Through classroom attending educational events to one-on-one meetings with people, he has dedicated his vision for Financial Planning on the thought of 4 main areas.  

  1. Income:  
    When it comes to paying the bills in your working years or in your retirement years, the fear surrounding the “fixed income” exists at all ages.  The question is how much of your Fixed Expenses should be tied to Fixed Incomes….and how do we resolve these decisions through wise choices on Social Security, Defined Benefit Pensions, or retirement and life savings structuring.
  2. Taxes:
    Never before has so much of our world been driven by the knowledge of tax and tax change on our current and future financial environment.  With interest rates on the rise and fall, our national debt out of control, and our paycheck’s spending power driven by our understanding our life savings strategies, I will educate in the alternatives that at any age will improve the spending power of your dollar.
  3. Saving:
    Whether the stock market and its volatility has you frozen in place, or the chasing of next investment of the moment, we all need to save for the future with knowledge of what risks should be taken, and what market falls could be avoided.  I pride our team on a Holistic and proactive approach to investment management helping our clients save money in down times and capture necessary opportunities when it counts.
  4. If I Die Tomorrow:
    This is generally not a topic many wish to spend much time with, however, “being intentional” with your life savings is a very comfortable topic.  When it is all said and done, will you leave your unspent legacy to those people or places that you care most about….or will it be wasted in end of life taxes and probate unpreparedness.

Dan is the father of three great kids, and along with his wife Tara, is a lifelong member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Slater, IA. He has always believed that if you seek to provide service to others and live a life devoted to that service, the Lord will provide the rest.

In his spare time, Dan can be found running on one of Iowa’s beautiful outdoor trails, getting his hands dirty in his garage, or working alongside the family in their garden. They also enjoy their time as a family fishing, camping and spending time with their families and friends.

With a focus on empowering clients to achieve their unique financial dreams, Dennis brings clarity and confidence to every financial journey.

Dennis graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business in 2001, where he honed his financial acumen. He lived in Sierra Leone, West Africa, for over five years, volunteering his time to help the local people with community building, organization, and financial management. He has spent over a decade as co-owner of a family-run cat products invention company in the La Crosse area, blending his entrepreneurial spirit with his passion for innovation and community.

Dennis thrives on connecting with people and uncovering what drives them. He believes that everyone’s goals, dreams, and aspirations are as unique as they are, and he finds joy in crafting tailored financial strategies that turn those dreams into reality. What I do?
Kwa is our Administrative Assistant in the Clive, Iowa office. Her primary focus is setting up variable accounts through Charles Schwab, while also supporting our advisors by managing scheduling, calendars, paperwork, and correspondence. Her behind-the- scenes work helps ensure smooth operations and strong client relationships.

A graduate of Westwood College in Chicago, IL, she holds an Associate Degree in Administrative Studies. Originally from Chicago, Kwajalyn brings a strong background in recruiting and office management to her role. She plays a key role in keeping the office running efficiently.

She stays informed of the best practices that can enhance her contributions to the team and believes that teamwork is essential to achieving shared goals.
